New fees on PayPal

Featured Replies

The fees Paypal has changed

In the UK, for example,  they used to offer a small percentage discount if sales were above certain levels, plus a 20p transaction cost.

The transaction fee charge has increased from 20p to 30p per transaction.

It has been implemented in August
The new Fees per transaction:
Tier 1: £0.00 - £20,000.00 2.9% + Fixed Fee (£0.30*)
Tier 2: £20,000.01 - £75,000.00 1.9% + Fixed Fee (£0.30*)
Tier 3: £75,000.01 - £200,000.00 1.4% + Fixed Fee (£0.30*)
Tier 4: £200,000.01 or more 1.3% + Fixed Fee (£0.25*)

I do not know.
Is it the same thing for all countries ?

The best is to look On Papyal website if for your country the fees has been changed.

Hi,

You can use square or stripe payment. This 2 apps can resolve the expensive paypal fees.

Agree square or stripe could be a very good alternative. But square it's only cad and US I think.

Stripe has a nice admin tool, easy to understand and configure. I use it and I recommend it
