Demo or empty DB

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I would know your opinion about a new project. Is it better to start with the demo or to choose to install an empty database ?

Hello @Rotana,

Sincerely, I don't know, the advantage with the demo, you have some example and it can help you to build your site, disadvantage, you must remove all the data.

If you are a newbie, it's better to start with this approach else to take this other configuration.

it's a choice.

If you do not know the solution, it's better to install the demo, you can look and learn how to make something inside.

After when you are more quiet, you can start with the normal installation.

I started by the demo and I deleted everything. The demo helps to understand ClicShopping and I look something to find more quickly. It's my little experience

I agree with @Janett, this is the more simple process to understand a tool. I started like that.

After a while, I decided to rebuild on a normal install without data
