February 7, 20206 yr Hello @eTrouper I have been the same problem, It come of your image. For example, you have uploaded a .jepg image but it's maybe a webp image. In this case you can have a problem. You have just to rename the bad extension by the good extension. Look information image for that.

February 7, 20206 yr Extension as webp are not on internet and before some browser do not accept that. The image was renamed in jpg. Now, it's not a problem but about the image format yes. Edited February 7, 20206 yr by Julie
