    Description

This module displays a chat on the site so that customers can contact you

It also allows you to adopt a virtual agent as a complementary tool in your overall marketing strategy, as the first level of your customer relationships.

It is able, under specified conditions or on sensitive issues, handing over to the live chat, web call back or return to a contact form or an email address.
Without human intervention, your virtual agent meets all the recurring questions and low added value.
